Washingtonville Volunteer Fire Company provides around-the-clock protection to you and your family.  Our highly trained volunteers provide fire, rescue, and quick response medical service to the communities of Montour County.

We service the communities of

• Washingtonville Borough
• Derry Township
• Anthony Township
• Limestone Township
• West Hemlock Township

Our fire service is funded largely through community support and fundraising activities. For a list of coming activities and fundraisers see our Service List link.

Yearly Membership Dues:

$10 the first year of membership

$5 each year of membership thereafter

WVFC works with local businesses and organizations to better support the communities of Montour County.  This fall, PPL presented the fire company with a monetary donation to help offset the expense of a new rescue vehicle and the tools to equip it.  Click on the web site provided for a copy of the full article.

Meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 7 PM in the meeting room of the WVFC fire hall.
